Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Strategist to own business, product, and experience strategy within multidisciplinary design engagements. You’ll collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, and Product Managers to turn insights into meaningful business value and growth opportunities.

You will combine customer insight, market intelligence, and emerging technologies to identify new sources of growth and shape differentiated offerings and pathways to market.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant strategy consulting or related field experience.
• Experience independently leading strategy workstreams and delivering recommendations.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical and commercial problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing growth strategies and business models across products/services.
• Familiarity with applying AI/analytics to research and client deliverables.
• Excellent collaboration, facilitation, storytelling, and senior-client presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy workstreams, set approach, manage deliverables, and guide engagement direction.
• Design and synthesize research using AI-enabled techniques to uncover customer needs and opportunities.
• Analyze market dynamics and tech trends to identify growth opportunities and differentiators.
• Develop viable growth strategies, value propositions, and business models.
• Translate opportunities into product and experience directions with customer journeys and roadmaps.
• Lead client collaboration through interviews, workshops, and executive presentations.
