Job summary

Assured seeks a Sr. Product Manager at the intersection of product development and customer engagement, guiding implementations and shaping the product by turning feedback into value.

You'll work with customers during implementation to uncover workflows, translate insights into clear requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design to ship features that drive adoption and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Implementation Specialist, or Customer Success Manager) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Proven track record of shipping impactful features in collaboration with engineering and design.
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and cross-functional teams.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers during implementation to uncover workflows, needs, and friction points that shape product direction.
• Translate customer insights into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog items.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to build and ship features that improve customer adoption and long-term success.
• Define and track success metrics to evaluate feature effectiveness and inform iteration.
• Ensure the product balances immediate customer implementation needs with scalable solutions for the broader market.
