Job summary

SageSure is seeking a Senior Software Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and delivery of software products including onboarding experiences. You will work with design, engineering, QA, and data partners on a cross-functional team to shape customer experiences across the SageSure platform.

You will translate complex problems into product solutions, own product outcomes, and use data to tell clear stories to leadership and customers.

Qualifications

5–7 years of product management experience in software/tech environments.
End-user experience as a primary design constraint.
Bias toward measurable value over activity.
Strong storytelling to stakeholders and in-products.
Comfort using AI tools to move faster while applying good judgment.
Experience across full product lifecycle from discovery to optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams.
Ownership mentality with strategic yet execution-focused approach.
Willingness to travel 10–15% annually.
