Job summary

Simpplr is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Implementation to lead deployments for Commercial, Enterprise, and SMB customers. You will blend waterfall and agile delivery while leveraging SaaS platforms and aiming for predictable, high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define scope with clients, and develop plans that guide standard and custom projects from inception to completion. A fast-paced environment rewards clarity, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience or comparable work
• Experience delivering in high-growth startup environments
• Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Proven track record of successful project delivery

Responsibilities

• Work with Implementation Consultants and cross-functional teams
• Define project scope with customers and prospects
• Develop plans for standard and custom projects
• Manage project portfolio, schedule, and budget
• Track KPIs and project effort
• Report at project and portfolio levels
• Manage customer expectations
• Support junior teammates with project questions
