Job summary

Inspectorio is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to own end-to-end customer implementations, onboarding and rollouts of new products. You will govern timelines, risks, and go-live readiness while ensuring high quality and predictable delivery.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Product, and Account Executives to align scope and drive successful adoption across multiple SaaS accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation project management or complex SaaS delivery.
• Proven track record managing multi-workstream, cross-functional projects.
• Strong customer-facing presence with leadership-level stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and risk management skills.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments with data migration and UAT exposure.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of customer implementations from pre-kickoff handoff through go-live.
• Define and manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Lead kickoff sessions, status meetings, and executive updates.
• Track progress, identify and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Coordinate with Solution Consultants on configuration, data migration and testing.
• Support UAT planning and go-live readiness across accounts.
• Contribute to playbooks and best practices for scalable delivery.
