Job summary

Druva is seeking an experienced product leader for its SaaS Apps team. You will partner with senior leadership to shape the roadmap for data protection, security and governance across cloud and enterprise environments. You will interact with customers and cross-functional teams to translate insights into market-ready SaaS features and GTM plans.

The role emphasizes deep technical understanding, customer empathy, and the ability to drive multi-quarter roadmaps in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA a plus.
• Experience with data protection or security domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explore new product features and develop market requirements across SaaS apps.
• Interact with sales for demos, roadmap presentations, and escalations.
• Analyze metrics to drive GTM activities with marketing and sales.
• Collaborate with PM and marketing to create collateral and training.
• Analyze telemetry to inform roadmap and drive product adoption.
• Respond to analyst questionnaires and develop presentations.
