Job summary

Druva is seeking a Project Lead, Strategic Planning and Operations, to own core rhythm of the business across planning, operations, and strategy. You will work with the CEO and senior leaders, shaping decisions and ensuring high-impact outcomes with minimal oversight.

You’ll deliver strategic insights, manage complex initiatives, and partner across functions to drive alignment, governance, and executive-ready updates. This role blends autonomy with accountability in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience, ideally within top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Established track record of partnering with senior/executive leadership on high-stakes decisions.
• Deep understanding of business operations, strategy development, and SaaS business models.

Responsibilities

• Drive research and analysis on business trends and market conditions to inform CEO- and board-level decisions.
• Synthesize data into strategic recommendations and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority initiatives across departments and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with executives and resolve cross-functional conflicts and drive alignment.
