Druva is seeking a Field CTO to lead and grow its global SME team, serving as the most senior technical evangelist in the field. You will connect workload expertise to security and data-resilience narratives, driving pipeline growth and converting opportunities at strategic accounts.

You’ll act as a people leader and market authority, elevating Druva’s brand against competitors and translating technical credibility into commercial outcomes with large, strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of direct cyber security practitioner experience.
• Experience defending, responding or recovering from ransomware incidents is a plus.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive security strategy conversations with top customers or prospects and articulate Druva’s security value proposition.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and other senior tech leaders.
• Enable security thought leadership through collateral, speaking engagements and industry events.
