Job summary

Druva is seeking a Senior Dell Alliances Sales Engineer to lead the technical relationship with Dell in the Americas. You will drive revenue through PPBS, lead technical discussions, and enable Dell teams to position Druva’s SaaS data protection solutions.

The role requires deep data protection expertise, SaaS experience, and travel up to 25-50%. As the technical lead, you will craft strategic plans, influence product direction, and ensure mutual success through strong collaboration with Dell

Qualifications

8+ years in technical / customer-facing roles with at least 3+ years as a Sales Engineer.
3+ years in a pre‑sales role with enterprise software solutions (Backup and SaaS experience a plus).
Experience with Active Directory, SSO Tools, SCCM/Casper Deployment tools, Virtual environments (VMWare, Hyper‑V), Storage Technologies (SAN/NAS).

Responsibilities

Drive new and incremental revenue through increased Dell PowerProtect Backup Services (PPBS) revenue with Dell partnership.
Build and manage technical relationships with Dell team.
Lead technical discussions with Dell partners on PPBS value and use cases.
Develop and execute enablement plans with executive support and budgets.
Prepare partner demos and proofs of concept for PPBS platform.
