Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to drive the strategy, delivery, and governance of its enterprise LLM portfolio, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise. You will align user needs with priorities, coordinating U.S. and India teams to improve access, governance, and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes platform operations, product strategy, and developer enablement, with a focus on responsible use and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in product management or related field.
Experience with enterprise SaaS, AI, API, developer-platform products.
Familiarity with identity management, SSO, RBAC, API security or rate limits preferred.
Strong product judgment, roadmap, backlog, and stakeholder alignment skills.
Ability to translate user feedback into prioritized improvements; coordinate distributed teams.
English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Lead platform administration of enterprise AI platforms, including access provisioning and governance.
Coordinate sprint planning, backlogs, and cross-time-zone handoffs with India-based teams.
Develop roadmaps for ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, and related tools.
Maintain governance documentation and risk controls with Security, Compliance and Legal.
Enhance user onboarding, adoption, and end-user support with training materials.
Monitor adoption, costs, and performance; communicate status to leadership.
