Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to drive the strategy and delivery of the firm's enterprise AI portfolio, focused on ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise. The role coordinates across U.S.

and India teams to improve access, governance, cost efficiency, and user enablement for chat, API, and coding tools. The candidate will translate user needs into priorities, manage roadmaps, and support pilots, releases, and governance with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Finance

Qualifications

3 years of product management or technical product ownership experience.
Knowledge of enterprise LLM products and APIs (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise).
Ability to coordinate across time zones and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead platform administration of enterprise AI tools and ensure governance.
Define product priorities, roadmaps, and success criteria for the LLM portfolio.
Coordinate across India-based and U.S.-based teams to deliver features.
