Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field required.
• 3 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, platform operations, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of enterprise LLM products and APIs, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Codex, Claude Code, or comparable platforms; product lifecycle and backlog practices; access, provisioning, and support workflows; prompt and model concepts; adoption and enablement methods; usage governance, cost controls, and responsible AI principles.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, delivery, adoption, and governance for enterprise LLM portfolio including ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise.
• Coordinate across U.S. and India-based teams to deliver requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
• Define roadmaps, operating models, and backlogs for multiple LLM APIs and related tools.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and responsible use policies with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
• Own onboarding, access, configuration, adoption, and end-user support for the platform.
• Coordinate with Learning & Enablement to develop training materials, guides, FAQs, and prompt libraries.
