Job summary
The Senior Associate Product Manager at Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP will drive the strategy, delivery, adoption, and governance of the firm's enterprise LLM portfolio, focusing on ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise. You will coordinate across US- and India-based teams to improve access, enablement, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, information systems, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, platform operations, or related field.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, AI, APIs, developer-platform, or technical-enablement products.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on administration of enterprise AI platforms and governance.
- Provide product direction and coordinate delivery across time zones.
- Define roadmaps and prioritise features for LLM APIs and related tools.
- Maintain policies, risk controls, and responsible-use guidelines.
- Support user adoption, training, and stakeholder communications.
