Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to oversee enterprise AI platforms (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise) including governance, onboarding, and cross-time-zone delivery.

You will translate user needs into product priorities, coordinate with India-based teams, and drive adoption, enablement, and cost controls across the LLM portfolio. Strong governance and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, business, IS or related field.
3 years of product management or related experience in enterprise SaaS/AI.
Experience with identity management, SSO, RBAC, API security is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on administration of enterprise AI platforms, including access, licenses, SSO/RBAC, and governance.
Provide product direction and coordinate sprint planning with India-based teams and cross-time zones.
Support multi-quarter roadmaps for ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, and related tools; plan pilots and releases.
Maintain governance, acceptable-use policies, and risk controls with Security and Legal.
Own end-user onboarding, adoption, support, and develop training materials and FAQs.
Define access models, usage standards, and developer guides; monitor adoption and costs.
