Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to drive strategy, delivery, and governance for the organization’s enterprise AI portfolio, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise. You will coordinate with U.S.

and India teams, translate user needs into priorities, and improve access, governance, and cost efficiency across platforms. This hands-on role requires strong product judgment, backlog management, and collaboration with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Finance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
3+ years of product management/technical product ownership experience.
Experience with enterprise SaaS, API, developer-platform, or technical-enablement products.
Familiarity with LLM products, APIs, and governance concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead product direction, priorities, and success criteria for enterprise AI products.
Coordinate with India-based and other teams across time zones.
Develop roadmaps and backlogs for ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Codex, and related tools.
Maintain governance, risk, and responsible-use policies in partnership with stakeholders.
Own end-user onboarding, adoption, and support; develop training materials and resources.
Communicate product status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
