Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 4 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, AI, API, developer-platform products.
• Knowledge of LLM products and APIs (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise) preferred.
• Experience with access provisioning, SSO/RBAC, and governance workflows.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform administration and operational excellence for enterprise AI platforms.
• Define product requirements, roadmaps, and backlogs; coordinate cross-time-zone teams.
• Evaluate features and vendor releases; plan pilots and rollout activities.
• Maintain governance, security, and responsible-use policies with stakeholders.
• Own end-user experience: onboarding, adoption, and support; enablement materials.
• Support API access models, usage standards, and cost/control considerations.
