3 years of product management or related experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, APIs, or developer platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise LLM products and APIs (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise) and related governance and cost-control concepts.
Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder alignment, and backlog management.

Responsibilities

Lead product direction, priorities, and user stories for enterprise AI platforms.
Coordinate sprint planning and cross-time-zone handoffs with India-based teams.
Develop multi-quarter roadmaps and prioritize backlogs for LLM tools and APIs.
Maintain governance, risk controls, and responsible AI practices.
Own onboarding, adoption, and end-user enablement, including training materials and prompts libraries.
Communicate status, risks, and decisions to technical teams and leadership.
