Baker Tilly US is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our enterprise LLM portfolio, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise, across US and India teams.

This hands-on role translates user needs into product priorities, drives governance, adoption, and cost efficiency, and collaborates with security, legal, and finance to enable responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Familiarity with enterprise LLM products and APIs (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Codex).
• Ability to coordinate distributed teams across time zones and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on administration of enterprise AI platforms and governance.
• Define product priorities and coordinate with India-based teams.
• Develop roadmaps, evaluate features, plan pilots and rollouts.
• Maintain governance, risk, and responsible use guidelines.
• Drive user adoption, onboarding, and training materials.
• Support developer enablement and measure API usage and costs.
