Job summary

NewsBreak in Mountain View is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the ReelBee consumer app (iOS/Android/Web), focusing on viewing experience and monetization. This is a CEO-sponsored, company-level initiative with parallel hiring in the SF Bay Area and Beijing.

You will partner with product, design and data teams to drive retention, ARPDAU, and first-purchase strategies while coordinating releases across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mobile product management, with monetization or growth experience in consumer content.
• Experience shipping paywalls, coin/episode unlocks, subscriptions and ad-unlock.
• Strong analytics: funnels, cohorts, retention; basic SQL.
• Ability to manage multiple product lines with weekly releases.
• Experience with short-drama / vertical-video apps is a plus.
• English is working language; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the ReelBee consumer app monetization and viewing experience.
• Coordinate releases across iOS/Android/Web.
• Collaborate with product, design, data teams on in-app short-drama entry points.
• Define and track core metrics; deliver weekly reviews and decisions.
• Align with algorithm and UA teams to scale winning titles in-app.
• Plan priorities and release cadence; coordinate engineering, design and data.
