Job summary

NewsBreak is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Local Ads and Monetization. You will own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for products helping local advertisers reach audiences and grow their business.

You will build consumer discovery experiences and advertiser tools that drive measurable results, working across geographies and categories to optimize revenue and user value. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to prioritize opportunities, design experiments, and tie

Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience in tech or adtech domains.
Proven track record shipping and scaling products with measurable impact on revenue or acquisition.
Strong understanding of local advertiser economics, CAC, and ROI.
Hands-on experience with performance advertising, targeting, pricing, and measurement.

Responsibilities

Own the Local Ads and Monetization strategy, roadmap, and outcomes across local businesses and categories.
Design ad formats, pricing, and monetization models that drive sustainable revenue while delivering value.
Build experiences that help users discover relevant local businesses and services through advertising formats.
Define advertiser success metrics and tie reporting to online and offline outcomes to improve investment decisions.
Simplify onboarding, campaign creation, targeting, budgets, and reporting for local advertisers.
Lead cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing to launch and iterate.
