Job summary

NewsBreak is seeking a Head of User Acquisition to own paid user acquisition for ReelBee across Meta, TikTok, and Google. You will drive new-user volume, CPI and D7 ROAS, coordinating with editors, content operations and data teams to optimize spend and performance.

You will craft a robust testing plan, define creative hooks, and manage AppsFlyer/Adjust SKAN postbacks while maintaining privacy compliance. This role demands senior expertise in mobile marketing and Mandarin-English fluency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in mobile performance marketing with growth-focused results.
• Experience managing US-based campaigns at high monthly spend.
• Proven track record in CPI/ROAS optimization and scale strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok and Google ad ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition for ReelBee across Meta, TikTok and Google with ROAS targets.
• Set budgets, test titles/creatives, and apply 72-hour scorecard reviews.
• Collaborate with editors, content ops and data for optimization.
• Maintain MMP configs, event postbacks, and privacy compliance.
• Evaluate new channels and manage agency partners when used.
• Report spend, ROAS, and weekly plans at stand-ups.
