Job summary

Maze is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own recruitment and panel experiences. You will shape how customers recruit and manage participants across unmoderated, moderated, AI-moderated studies and future experiences.

You’ll work with Engineering, Design, Panel Operations, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver scalable solutions that meet complex customer needs while improving quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• You have experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager owning meaningful product areas from discovery through execution.
• You’re highly autonomous and can drive problems forward without perfect direction.
• You’re a clear, structured communicator who can bring others along in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the recruitment and participant management roadmap across Maze.
• Improve participant quality with stronger feedback loops and signals.
• Make it easier for customers to recruit audiences across study types.
• Use data and insights to understand panel performance and identify gaps.
• Partner with Panel Operations to improve tools, workflows and handoffs.
• Evaluate and onboard new panel partners and integrations.
• Develop smarter routing of studies to right participant supply.
• Stay close to operational recruitment processes to ground product decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Research Partners to understand needs.
