Job summary

PlaytestCloud is seeking an experienced Panel Manager (f/m/d) to shape and scale its proprietary player panel. You will define metrics, monitor panel health, and drive actions that improve panel quality and availability for studios worldwide.

You will translate insights into practical recommendations, collaborating with Research Operations, Product, and GTM to ensure outcomes for partner studios. This is a freelance, 3–6 month engagement focused on building a scalable foundation for measurement

Qualifications

• Must have recent hands-on experience managing, running, growing, or optimizing a large participant panel, research-participant community, or gaming community.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect metrics to business outcomes.
• Proficiency querying databases in SQL; familiarity with AI tools like Claude or Codex.

Responsibilities

• Own the health and growth of the company's global player panel.
• Define and track metrics linking panel performance, player experience, and studio needs.
• Identify opportunities, constraints and risks from panel data.
• Translate insights into practical recommendations and drive cross-team implementation.
• Collaborate with Research Operations, Product, and GTM to support studio outcomes.
• Establish reporting rhythm and a sustainable roadmap for post-contract use.
