Karat, the world's largest interviewing company, is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Recruiter Experience in Bengaluru. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and analytics-driven features that reduce manual work for recruiters and improve match quality.

Lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, content, UX, and GTM teams to deliver enterprise-ready solutions, with a schedule aligned to US business hours and a remote-first setup in India.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience across B2B and B2C offerings, ideally with exposure to recruiting, HR tech, or matching/ marketplace-style products.
• Genuine passion for and track record of building B2B SaaS applications with enterprise feedback translated into product decisions.
• Experience designing analytics, dashboards, or workflow tools that improve recruiter efficiency and match quality.
• Comfortable working on greenfield, 0-to-1 problems and presenting to executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for recruiter experience within the Karat Platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, content, design, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact, enterprise-ready solutions.
• Define roadmap, prioritize features, and surface automation to save recruiters time and improve decisions.
• Design analytics dashboards and insights to monitor workload, usage, and match quality.
