Job summary

Outset is seeking a Senior Product Solutions Partner to lead engagements with enterprise customers across the UK and Europe. You will collaborate with account directors, researchers, and GTM/engineering teams in the US, driving design, recruitment and collaboration across time zones.

This role began remotely but will eventually be four days onsite per week in the UK, offering high ownership and a pivotal hand in shaping how AI-moderated research is delivered to the world’s largest brands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in research operations, market research, fieldwork, panel management, consulting, or adjacent field.
• Hands-on experience with participant recruitment, ideally across global markets.
• Experience with client-facing work and managing/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consult on study design and content. Review guides, screeners, and study setup with customers and our research team.
• Manage participant recruitment for customers' studies; scope feasibility, select panel partners, manage quotas and timelines.
• Build deep relationships with panel partners and act as the go-to person for UK/European markets.
