Salve.Lab seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager (AI & Growth) to own product initiatives end-to-end, from concept to delivery, with a focus on measurable business impact. You will work hands-on across AI, data and engineering to prototype, experiment and ship features that boost engagement and growth.

The role requires strong analytics, experience with AI tooling and the ability to operate in a fully remote, international team.

Qualifications

• Senior-level product management experience with a track record delivering digital products or prototypes.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools to code, prototype, analyze data and contribute to PRs.
• Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Experience translating metrics into product improvements and business impact.
• Ability to collaborate with designers and software engineers on web products.
• Fluent written and spoken English; comfortable in a fully remote international team.

Responsabilités

• Lead rapid product experimentation, including A/B testing and growth initiatives.
• Own initiatives from concept through prototyping, development, launch and evaluation.
• Build, prototype and deliver AI-powered product improvements using modern tools.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and engineering teams with technical independence.
• Define success metrics and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with Co-founder & CTO to align priorities and resolve challenges.
• Explore and implement emerging AI tools and workflows for speed and outcomes.
