Logoslabs is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payroll to shape the product vision and strategy for global payroll solutions. You will own the roadmap, guide initiatives from discovery through delivery, and collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to translate complex needs into scalable, user-centered payroll experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in startups or scale-ups.
• Ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and execute from concept to delivery.
• Strong UX/UI principles and collaboration with designers and engineers.
• Experience gathering customer insights and translating them into product initiatives.
• Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Independent, proactive leadership in a distributed team environment.
• Strong written and spoken communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead initiatives through the full product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery and improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to translate priorities into user-centered solutions.
• Gather and address diverse needs of customers and internal stakeholders across multiple product lines.
• Maintain momentum in a remote-first environment and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
