Job summary

Evolve is seeking a seasoned product leader to own onboarding and activation in a fast-paced, two-sided marketplace. You’ll partner with Onboarding, Operations, and Lifecycle Marketing to remove friction and measure value from signup to live activation across the U.S.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product management, strong SQL, and a track record of boosting activation metrics through experiments and concrete product changes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with onboarding/activation ownership.
• Experience in two-sided marketplaces or operations-heavy businesses.
• Proven ability to move activation or retention metrics via experiments.
• Strong collaboration with operations and field teams to automate processes.
• Proficiency with analytics tools to build funnels and cohorts.
• Comfort translating specs into launch-ready product changes.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and activation initiatives across signup to live.
• Identify friction points in property setup, photo scheduling, permits, and pricing.
• Design experiments, scope builds, measure results, and decide next steps.
• Instrument activation analytics to track cohort performance.
• Partner with Onboarding, Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, and Funnel teams.
• Turn learnings into concrete product decisions with engineers.
