Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Activation to own the journey from signed agreement to a live, bookable listing. You’ll be measured on activation rate, time-to-live, and six-month retention, and will define the roadmap for property setup, photo scheduling, permits, rates, and multi-property onboarding.

Collaborate with Growth, Onboarding, and Operations to reduce manual steps, run end-to-end experiments, and instrument activation analytics so every step is measurable by cohort.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, with onboarding/activation or time-to-value focus.
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace or operations-heavy business.
• Track record moving activation/conversion metrics with experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap from signed agreement to a live, bookable listing.
• Define activation metrics: activation rate, time-to-live, six-month retention.
• Partner with Onboarding, Operations and Lifecycle Marketing to improve onboarding efficiency.
• Run end-to-end experiments and instrument activation analytics with cohorts.
