Zusammenfassung

IxDF is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Activation to own the onboarding journey from signed agreement to a live listing. You’ll drive activation rate, time-to-live and six-month retention, addressing bottlenecks like property setup, photo scheduling, permits, and pricing for multi-property onboarding.

You’ll partner with Onboarding, Operations, and Lifecycle Marketing to transform onboarding through automation and analytics, and shape the roadmap with engineers.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product management owning onboarding, activation or time-to-value.
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace or operations-heavy business.
• Track record of moving activation, conversion or early retention metrics.
• Experience partnering with operations to automate manual processes.
• Strong SQL and analytics experience with funnels and cohorts (Amplitude).
• Comfortable writing specs with engineers and taking products from discovery to launch.

Aufgaben

• Own the product roadmap from signed agreement to a live, bookable listing, with activation rate, time-to-live and 180-day retained activations as success metrics.
• Identify where owners stall in property setup, photo scheduling, permits, rates, and multi-property onboarding and decide fixes.
• Ship product changes that reduce manual onboarding steps, from self-serve setup to automated scheduling and reminders.
• Run end-to-end experiments: hypothesis, scope, measurement, decision; own activation instrumentation with analytics.
