Job summary

Evolve Vacation Rental is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Activation in the United States. You will own the onboarding-to-live journey, drive activation and retention metrics, and partner with Onboarding and Operations to modernize the process.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted, data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration to scale owner onboarding and listings. Lead roadmap, run experiments end-to-end, and collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing on onboarding flows.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management with onboarding/activation/time-to-value.
Experience in a two-sided marketplace or operations-heavy business.
Proven track record of moving activation/conversion/retention metrics with experiments.
Experience partnering with operations/field teams to automate manual processes.
Strong SQL and analytics using Amplitude for funnels/cohorts.
Comfortable with engineers from discovery to launch; AI-native approach with tools like Claude/Cursor.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap from signed agreement to a live, bookable listing with activation/retention metrics.
Identify where owners stall (setup, photo scheduling, permits, rates) and decide fixes.
Ship product changes to ease onboarding (self-serve setup, automated scheduling).
Run end-to-end experiments: hypothesis, scope, measure, decide.
Own activation instrumentation to measure signup-to-live cohorts.
