Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define the strategy and vision for the Paze Android and iOS apps. You will lead end-to-end mobile journeys, balance customer value with risk and feasibility, and align internal teams and partners to drive adoption and growth.

The role requires a senior, autonomous contributor capable of navigating ambiguous conditions, working across executives and engineering teams to deliver measurable customer and business value.

Qualifications

• Typically has 12+ years of progressive experience in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities for a complex product.
• Lead product lifecycle from discovery to commercialization and optimization.
• Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Operations and others.
• Synthesize research, data, and partner feedback into insights and decisions.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and outcomes.
