Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Paze to define product strategy across mobile apps (Android/iOS) and drive adoption. You will lead discovery through commercialization, collaborating with engineering, design, and partners to deliver secure, intuitive experiences that meet customer needs and business goals.

This is a senior role with hybrid work in select US cities, including New York.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes.
• Experience leading native Android and iOS products.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and optimization.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable mobile apps.
