Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Paze, focusing on Android and iOS mobile experiences and end-to-end mobile journeys. The role leads product vision, strategy, and cross-functional execution across engineering, design, marketing, and risk teams.

You will translate customer needs into prioritized outcomes, lead discovery through commercialization, and operate with autonomy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for complex products.
• Experience leading products through discovery to commercialization.
• Ability to operate independently through ambiguity and drive initiatives across org.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a complex product.
• Lead full lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Fraud.
• Synthesize research and market signals into insights and product decisions.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and success metrics.
• Partner with Engineering to evaluate solutions and scale products.
• Monitor performance and adjust priorities based on results.
• Influence stakeholders with clear tradeoffs and recommendations.
• Define mobile-native experiences strategy for iOS and Android.
