Job summary

Early Warning’s Paze team seeks a Principal Product Manager to define product strategy and lead the evolution of the Paze Android and iOS apps. You will translate market needs into prioritized outcomes, drive cross-functional alignment, and own mobile journeys from concept through commercialization.

You’ll influence executives and partners, manage risk, and deliver measurable value while operating with autonomy in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product leadership experience or equivalent portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes for complex products.
• Experience leading products through discovery, development, launch, and optimization.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and drive major initiatives.
• Translate customer insights and data into product requirements and decisions.
• Strong technical fluency; partner effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
• Experience leading native Android and iOS products from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a complex product or solution.
• Lead full lifecycle from discovery to commercialization and optimization.
• Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other functions.
• Synthesize research, data, and partner feedback into insights and decisions.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, outcomes, and success measures.
• Partner with engineering to evaluate options and evolve products to scale.
• Define and monitor performance measures and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Influence executives and stakeholders with clear tradeoffs and recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end mobile development for Android and iOS experiences.
• Collaborate with financial institutions and networks to align ecosystem requirements.
• Lead user research to inform customer needs and improve mobile experiences.
