Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Paze to shape the mobile product strategy across Android and iOS. You will translate customer needs into prioritized outcomes, lead cross-functional teams through discovery to commercialization, and own end-to-end mobile journeys to drive adoption.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and partners to deliver secure, intuitive experiences, balancing risk and performance while operating with autonomy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in product management or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes for complex products.
• Proven experience leading products through discovery, development, launch, and optimization in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to operate independently through ambiguity and drive major initiatives across boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for a complex product or solution.
• Lead product work across the full lifecycle, including discovery, development, delivery, and commercialization.
• Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other stakeholders to advance strategy.
• Synthesize research, data, and feedback into insights and actionable requirements.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements, outcomes, and success metrics.
