Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the strategy and evolution of the Paze mobile experience. You will drive end-to-end product development for native Android and iOS apps, aligning internal teams and external partners to deliver secure, intuitive experiences that drive adoption and growth.

You will lead discovery through commercialization with autonomy in a dynamic environment, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Risk to balance customer value,

Qualifications

• Typically has 12+ years of progressive experience or demonstrated portfolio consistent with experience required of the role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Proven experience leading products through discovery, development, launch, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for a complex product.
• Lead product work across the full lifecycle from discovery to commercialization.
• Build alignment across cross-functional teams to advance product strategy and execution.
• Synthesize research, data, and partner feedback into insights and decisions.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, outcomes, and success measures.
• Lead end-to-end mobile product development for Android and iOS.
