Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Principal Product Manager for its Paze mobile platform in a senior individual contributor role. The position focuses on defining strategy for the Paze Android and iOS apps, shaping end-to-end mobile journeys, and aligning internal teams and ecosystem partners to deliver secure, intuitive experiences that drive adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of progressive experience or a demonstrated portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Defined product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes for complex products.
• Led products through discovery, development, launch, commercialization, and optimization.
• Ability to operate independently through ambiguity and drive major initiatives.
• Experience translating customer insights and market signals into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for a complex product group.
• Lead product work across the full lifecycle from discovery to commercialization.
• Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Operations, Legal, Risk and more.
• Synthesize research, data, and partner feedback into actionable insights and differentiated experiences.
• Translate complex needs into clear requirements, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering to evaluate solutions and evolve products from concept to scalable deployments.
• Establish and monitor performance measures and adjust priorities based on results.
• Influence executives and external stakeholders through clear communication of tradeoffs.
