Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Paze to shape the strategy and drive outcomes across a complex product family. You will translate customer needs into prioritized initiatives and lead cross-functional execution from discovery through commercialization.

The role requires deep payments domain knowledge, strategic vision, and the ability to operate autonomously in evolving environments.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of progressive product experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead products through discovery, development, launch, and optimization.
• Ability to operate independently through ambiguity and drive major initiatives.
• Knowledge of payments, digital commerce, or trusted-transaction ecosystems.
• Background in regulated technology environments and risk considerations.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Lead full lifecycle product work from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Build alignment across disciplines to advance strategy and execution.
• Synthesize research, data, and feedback into decisions and experiences.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering to evolve MVPs into scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance measures and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Influence executives and external partners with clear tradeoffs.
