Job summary

Usercentrics in New York is seeking a Senior Product Manager for MCP Manager, a governance platform for AI access control. You will own the product roadmap, partner with engineering, design, and GTM, and shape the product strategy in a fast-moving privacy-first environment.

Within 3–6 months you’ll grasp the product, build relationships, and ship meaningful improvements; within a year you’ll own end-to-end roadmap and be the external authority on the product.

Qualifications

• Shipped product in AI ecosystem (agents, LLM features, integrations, or similar).
• 5+ years in product management; not internal tooling.
• Technical fluency to work closely with engineers.
• Rigorous quantitative analytical skills with data-driven decisions.
• Strong writing, speaking, and communication abilities.
• Quick, practical problem-solving with real constraints.
• Process discipline; backlog management and stakeholder alignment.
• Customer empathy backed by data to build the business case.
• AI depth: shipped with LLMs, agents, tool-calling; understand agent/tool layers.
• Bonus: hands-on MCP/agent depth and ownership of a B2B SaaS product.
• Highly curious and self-directed; ramp quickly in a hard new domain.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Owning the MCP Manager product roadmap from prioritization through delivery.
• Collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback and usage data.
• Collaborating daily with engineering and design teams.
• Supporting go-to-market launches with Marketing and Customer Success.
• Connecting product decisions to privacy strategy and business goals.
• Representing the product externally with customers, partners, and events.
• Working in a small, fast, automation-heavy team with lightweight documentation.
• Senior IC role – shipping product, not managing managers.
