Job summary

ICE Mortgage Technology is seeking a senior product manager to own two pillars of our servicing digital AI experience: One Admin and MSPai, plus AI governance. You will drive roadmaps, define configurations, and ensure safe, scalable deployments across clients.

Collaborate with UX, engineering and compliance to expand chatbot coverage and governance across servicing scenarios. The role emphasizes translating client requirements into concrete configurations, writing detailed specs, and leading

Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience in fintech or B2B settings.
Experience owning configuration heavy platforms or admin tools.
Ability to write detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong collaboration with compliance, legal, UX and engineering.

Responsibilities

Own One Admin platform roadmap and configuration model, including delegated actions and knowledge base entries.
Own MSPai roadmap and define requirements for intent routing and fallback handling.
Lead AI governance efforts: content, model behavior and compliance reviews.
Translate client needs into configurations and content ahead of go-lives.
Write and prioritize user stories, configuration diffs and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA.
