C1.ai in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own a core area of the Identity Governance platform. You will partner closely with customers, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver new capabilities, improve existing workflows, and ensure our platform continues to solve mission-critical identity challenges for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS products.
• Deep domain expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and IAM.
• Experience owning a mature product area with customer-focused delivery.
• Strong prioritization skills balancing customer needs and complexity.
• Data-informed decision making using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of C1.ai's Identity Governance & Administration platform with roadmap ownership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Support and Sales to prioritize needs and improve quality.
• Translate feedback and usage data into well-defined product investments.
• Prioritize features, debt, scalability, and operational improvements.
• Define requirements and success metrics for engineering teams.
• Work with Design, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to launch capabilities.
• Monitor health via feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Serve as the product expert and communicate roadmap priorities to stakeholders.
