Job summary

the company is seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to own MCP & AI ecosystem integrations that power the company’s data in AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and Slack. You’ll lead platform strategy, APIs, auth, and data connectivity to drive interoperability and business impact.

You will collaborate with engineering and go-to-market teams to ship new MCP tools, connectors, and partner integrations, shaping a scalable, reliable foundation for future growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience across platform, integrations, API or ecosystem products.
• Experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems with partner strategy.
• Technical fluency across APIs, data sync, authentication and reliability, with engineers and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Define MCP and AI ecosystem vision and multi-year strategy for the company.
• Ship integrations and third-party connectors to expand admin, manager, and executive capabilities.
• Establish durable platform foundations for authentication, permissions, and data access.
• Be a technical thought partner to Engineering on MCP tool design and integration infra.
• Drive go-to-market with Partnerships and Product Marketing for ecosystem impact.
• Own outcomes across integration adoption, reliability, activation, and growth.
