Braeburn Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the entire product portfolio and brand across HVAC controls and thermostats. You will drive strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, pricing and profitability, partnering with engineering, sales, and operations.

Based in Lewisville, TX, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage product launches, and deliver contractor-focused value. This role requires deep HVAC domain knowledge and a passion for building market-leading solutions.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of product management experience in HVAC controls or related products.
• Experience owning a physical product portfolio from strategy through commercialization.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and related systems.
• Experience working with contractors, distributors, OEMs or channels.
• Ability to develop business cases, pricing strategies and forecasts.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Braeburn product portfolio across thermostats, BlueLink, and related controls.
• Develop and maintain a 3–5 year roadmap with new products and retirements.
• Lead products from concept to launch and post-launch improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
• Protect Braeburn brand with contractor-friendly installation and value.
