Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Product Manager for the OEMCtrl division, focused on building intelligent control solutions for building automation and HVAC equipment. You will drive strategy, coordinate across product management and engineering, and ensure readiness for launches.

You’ll collaborate with commercial teams, manage backlogs, and translate customer needs into actionable requirements, while guiding vendors and partners through the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in product management or commercial controls.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with commercial equipment controls and system design.
• Experience with contract manufacturing and supply chain coordination.
• Ability to translate product strategy into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for OEMCtrl adjacent markets portfolio.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to guide development of control products.
• Translate regulatory requirements into user stories for engineering.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog with the team.
• Prepare launch plans and coordinate with release management.
• Coordinate with third-party partners and contract manufacturers.
• Support testing, QA, and validation during releases.
• Contribute to market-facing activities and trade shows as needed.
