Job summary

Kele Inc., headquartered in Tennessee, seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the BAS and HVAC-control portfolio. You will align category strategy with suppliers, drive pricing and margin health, and ensure data quality for e-commerce and sales enablement.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to deliver the right products at the right price, with reliable availability and strong customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent combination considered.
• 5–7 years leading product or category management with pricing and NPI exposure.
• BAS/HVAC-controls or technical-distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year product and category strategy including portfolio differentiation.
• Oversee NPI and private-label stage-gate processes from market need to launch.
• Own pricing governance, margin health, and data-driven decisions.
• Manage supplier segmentation, contracts, and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and mentor Product Management team and drive executive reviews.
