Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, product management, business (engineering preferred).
• Experience in product ownership or related roles in HVAC/building automation or IoT environments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portions of the product roadmap in partnership with leadership.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into requirements, user stories, and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with engineering, cloud software, hardware, cybersecurity, UX, manufacturing, service, and sales teams.
• Develop requirements for device onboarding, connectivity, telemetry, dashboards, APIs, and data access.
• Support commercialization activities including positioning, pricing analysis, and sales enablement.
• Track product metrics such as adoption, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
