Job summary

Braeburn Systems LLC is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the HVAC distribution and contractor development nationwide. You will report to the President and guide the national sales organization, strengthening distributor partnerships and driving contractor pull-through for Braeburn products.

You will oversee Regional/Territory Sales Managers and Sales Operations, expand distributor relationships, and coordinate with Product Management and Marketing on launches.

Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading regional or national sales teams.
• Strong relationships with HVAC distributors and contractors.
• Ability to forecast and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead national HVAC distribution and contractor sales strategy.
• Manage Regional/Territory Sales Managers and Sales Ops team.
• Expand distributor relationships and grow channel presence.
• Develop contractor pull-through programs and training.
• Set sales goals, KPIs, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing on launches.
• Represent Braeburn at trade events.
• Identify new market opportunities in residential and light commercial.
