Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead interoperability and client reporting for a data platform. You will define the product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange using FHIR, HL7, and C-CDA to connect internal products with EMRs and HIEs, while developing scalable reporting for health plan clients.

You will collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical, and legal teams, and report to the Lead Director, Data Product within the technology organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years professional experience including 4 or more years specifically in product based roles, with a significant focus on data products or platforms.
• Prior healthcare technology experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, standard data exchange formats such as HL7, FHIR, C-CDA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for our data platform.
• Define the product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange leveraging standards such as FHIR, HL7 and C-CDA.
• Develop scalable reporting solutions for health plan clients and collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical, and legal teams.
• Engage closely with clients and cross-functional partners to ensure successful delivery.
