Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to join the Signify Health team and advance interoperability for our data platform. You will define the product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange, leveraging HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA to connect internal products with EMRs and HIEs, while delivering scalable reporting for health plan clients.

You will report to the Lead Director, Data Product, and collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical teams, and legal to ensure successful outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years professional experience including 4+ years specifically in product based roles, with a significant focus on data products or platforms.
• Prior healthcare technology experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, standard data exchange formats such as HL7, FHIR, C-CDA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange across internal products and external systems.
• Lead interoperability strategy leveraging HL7, FHIR and C-CDA.
• Develop scalable reporting solutions for health plan clients.
• Collaborate with data engineering, business intelligence, clinical teams, and legal, as well as with clients.
